Istra Marine Elektronika d.o.o is a company created after many years of work in the shipbuilding industry and because of the great market demand for companies who are willing and have sufficient knowledge to offer quality solutions in the field of ship electrical, electronics and ship automatization.

In the mid-90s of the 20th century, on the foundations of the famous and world-famous Croatian merchant shipbuilding, many small shipyards specializing in the construction of small boats started working. Some of them are known for their long-standing tradition of building small boats, while some are just beginning to acquire their own experiences.

Adapting to the requirements of this very strict quality and value system, there is a need for specialized companies that can simultaneously offer advice and equipment, with experience in its distribution.

IME has been designed to meet the most complex requirements of its customers. Due to the fact that it has become the general representative and importer in Croatia for Blue sea Systems and San Giorgio, it represents and distributes the names of renowned Italian manufacturers and distributors such as Reba di Garbarino, CEM, Gianneschi , SIC and many others, and can also offer the highest quality electrical equipment.
